The following information is required in respect of each matric (Grade 12) subject.
For most fields a List of Values (LOV) will display all valid choices.
A. Matric Date: (YYYYMM - e.g. 199011) The examination in which you obtained the symbol in the subject.
B. Matric Type: The LOV will display all valid Matric (Grade 12) Types.
C. Matric Subject: The LOV will display all valid Matric (Grade 12) Subjects.
D. Subject Grade: The LOV will display all valid Matric (Grade 12) Grades.
E. Mid-final Year Symbols: For use of Current Grade 12 learners to insert August results here. The LOV will display all valid symbols.
F. Final Year Symbols: The final symbol obtained in November/December examinations as indicated on your Statement of Results or official Certificate. The LOV will display all valid symbols. Your application CANNOT be processed if your results are not uploaded or forwarded to the NUST Admissions Department. Click on "Load/View documents".
